Now let me make things perfectly clear. In the past I certainly have done things that were deserving of such a response like that. However this was not the case. So as I came to into his view I looked at the driver and made the motion of "what did I do?". The driver then patted his head. Ahh, it was clear! He was upset that I did not have my helmet on.
In response I pointed to my head and he motioned "yes" that was it. I then shrugged my shoulders and motored on.
Of course I didn't appreciate that the driver had expressed his displeasure in this way. This brings me to writing this blog. I'm left with a simple question.
Was it ok for him to express his displeasure? Is it acceptable for individuals to freely express their displeasure or disapproval of others choices and/or actions? Or, how do we resolve conflict?
